Company – Bimetrix

Company with a solid and smart approach

Bimetrix, known until now as DR-One, is an innovative company founded in early 2015 by two experts (Antonio Curcio and Biagio Siciliani) with more than thirty years of experience in surveying. Specialising in the use of civil drones (S.A.P.R.), the company offers advanced topographic, photogrammetric, thermographic and other surveying services, processing the collected data through dedicated software and using IFC and OpenBIM® formats. Our mission is to employ innovative technologies in construction; for environmental monitoring and protection; in precision aerophotogrammetry; and for topographic surveys. The company aims to become a leader in providing high-performance solutions and quality services for national land management and enhancement. Since 2016, we have been authorised by ENAC for critical specialised operations under VLOS conditions in urban areas. In 2024, the company, to better reflect its evolution, changed its name to “Bimetrix,” the result of combining BIM (Building Information Modelling) methods with the addition of an indicative payoff: “Build Strong, Build Smart” as a testament to the strong, smart approach.
